Moliére's classic, The Misanthrope, is presented in a fresh way by noted Hungarian artists in the main roles - Dóra Szinetár and Zalán Makranczi - and with music provided by Quimby, a popular Hungarian alternative rock band.

Unique Festival. Unique Place. Unique experience. The Unique Festival, Hungary’s newest festival introduces itself with a fantastic star parade. From the 23d of August through three days the festival will take place at the most imposing spot of the capital city, the Buda Royal Palace, where worldwide known artists of all kinds of music styles will give unforgettable concerts.

Hungarian novel fish and wine specialities lie in the heart of this late summer mini festival, organized at Római Beach (Római Part). Beside the magnificent flavors that favor the adult, the younger ones are entertained by family programs. The entry is free!

The exhibition presents images from Hungarian history in special groups. The goal of the exhibition based on historic paintings and portraits is to line up the most excellent works mirrored by lines from the Anthem and the Appeal. 

Rich exhibition with unique drawings from the 16th century's Netherlands. This exhibition - with own and some borrowed sheets for the sake of completeness - is outstanding in providing a comprehensive picture of the great changes that took place in the Netherlands' drawing culure between 1500 and 1600.

Organised jointly by the Hungarian National Gallery and the Hungarian Museum of Sports on the occasion of the 2012 London Olympics, this exhibition displays artworks and relics that help us understand the objectives and characteristics of various sports, including some that are not part of the Olympics.
